I can definitely see that you have assembled a well trained and caring team within your company. After a long day of working in the heat, they were still taking the time to do the job right and not taking shortcuts at the end of the day. They placed tarps in the work areas to keep it clean. All debris, packing material and demo items were hauled away. Your truck is stocked like a plumbing store on wheels. Any item or tool they needed was at their disposal.
The heater is working great, hotter and much more responsive than the old tank unit.
Scott Harrison Plumbing doesn't promote itself as the cheapest plumber, but I can attest you are very fairly priced for the high quality results.

My experience with Scott Harrison Plumbing and Heating, Tankless Water Heater Done Right, was none other than exceptional. The sales representative went above and beyond to ensure that the tankless water heater could be done up to my city’s code to ensure I would get a homeowner’s rebate. He initially expressed his concerns about it meeting city code standards, however, after coming out to my home over 4 times to calculate BTUs for all appliances and measure distances, as well as, spoke to a gas company technician and city inspectors, he managed to make it happen. All of this was done even before a contract was signed. This company was truthful, honest, and did what they said they would do while having my best interest at heart. The sales representative even got me an additional Noritz $200 rebate to help with reducing costs. I received the same type of service with the installer and office staff, as well. I highly recommend Scott Harrison, Tankless Water Heater Done Right for any of your plumbing and heating needs.
